Department of Public Works Garage, 505 Sidney Road, Piscataway

To determine vaccine eligibility please bring your pet's vaccination records.

We will continue with the drive thru model that was started three years ago.  Residents will remain in their cars at all times.  Staff will guide residents and will take away the pet – either a dog by a leash or a cat or small dog in an appropriate carrier as provided by the resident – to get its rabies shot.

The Township Clerk’s office will not be open on the rabies clinics dates to accept license applications for dogs and cats.  Instead, please find the license applications on the Township Clerk’s webpages.  You can also pick up the form at the clinics.

Please download the appropriate form and mail with payment, proof of rabies vaccine, self-addressed stamped envelope and proof of spaying/neutering if applicable to the Township Clerk's office, 455 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08854 or place all materials in an envelope in the tax & sewer dropbox outside Town Hall at the same address.

A heavy active snowstorm or other restriction from the state may result in clinic cancellation. Please look at the Township website and social media for up-to-date information.
