Emergency Notification System [Swift911]

The Piscataway Township Police Department
utilizes a communications service that allows the Police Department and Township Officials to quickly and efficiently alert and inform residents in the event of an emergency.

Residents who had been previously enrolled in our Nixle Community Information Service will need to re-enroll in the Swift911 system.

Subscribers will receive alerts via text message, email, voice messaging, the Police Department's social media pages (FaceBook, Twitter), and the Swift911 Public mobile app for a variety of emergency events, including road closures and detours due to traffic accidents, flooding or construction, weather alerts, power outages, missing persons, crime information, as well as other relevant safety and community event information.

Once registered you can log in at any time to update your contact information and add or remove yourself from available list subscriptions.

Sign up NOW!  It's FREE.

Signing up is easy.  The system will already have your home number if it is listed.  Include your mobile phone, office number and emails when you sign up.  Just click on the below image.

If you have any questions or require assistance concerning the Swift911 service, contact Sergeant Michelle Pilch via email at mpilch@piscatawaynj.org.
