Applications, Forms, & Helpful Information

Please consult the Checklist for Municipal Certificate of Continued Occupancy, as this partial checklist is to be used by residents as a guideline and is not to be the definition of codes. The list does not cover everything, but is provided to give an IDEA of the aspects of the inspection for which residences most commonly fail. In absolutely no way does this list constitute all of the reasons for which a dwelling may fail a Municipal Certificate of Continued Occupancy (MCCO) inspection. We strongly recommend the application be submitted a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the closing date or four (4) weeks prior to the occupancy date for rentals.
