Fourth of July

Piscataway residents enjoyed a great 2023 Independence Day Fireworks Show!

Parking was available in certain parking lots at Piscataway High School as shown in the map as well as at the Little League parking lot off of Sidney Road. 

Street parking was prohibited on Route 18/ Hoes Lane, Sidney Road, Behmer Road, South Randolphville Road, Knightsbridge Road, Fitzrandolph Road, Centennial Avenue and Morris Avenue. The parking lot at Green Acres Park was closed to the public and only available to event staff. The Ericsson lot at 1 Ericsson Drive/444 Hoes Lane was not be available for event parking.

For traffic patterns, Behmer Road was subject to closure if the high school parking lots reached capacity. After the fireworks show, all traffic exiting Behmer Road to Route 18 had to go north. All traffic exiting Sidney Road to Route 18 had to go south.
