Public Pool

Anyone building a new public pool or planning a renovation to an existing pool is required to submit a plan review application along with plans and specifications to the Middlesex County Health Department. An inspection is required prior to operating. Fee $150.00
All public pools are required to obtain an annual swimming pool application and license. Fee: $300.00 (Seasonal Use), $350.00 (Year Round Use). Licenses are available at the Township Clerk's Office at 455 Hoes Lane.
The license is valid January 1st to December 31st of current year.
