Site Plan
A site plan shall be required and approved by the municipal agency prior to development except for exempt site plans (see definitions, subsection 21-3b.99A of the Piscataway Township Zoning Ordinance), or for small additions and changes meeting the criteria of subsection 24-201.1.
- Minor Site Plan: A minor site plan shall be required for a site plan involving 10,000 square feet or less.
- Major Site Plan: A major site plan shall be required for any site plan involving more than 10,000 square feet.
