A sewer connection permit is required for all properties, both residential and non-residential, when a structure either connects to the municipal sewer or, in the case of a non- residential property, when the discharge from a structure increases. This allows the Municipality to collect the appropriate fee for each connection.

The fee for a residential connection is constant ($2,500.00) regardless of the size of the dwelling.
