Sterling Village is a 150 unit independent housing facility for income eligible applicants who are 62 years of age and older. Applications can be obtained by calling 732- 699-0033.
Building Tours are offered Monday – Friday 10-4pm by appointment

“affordable” independent senior living.
You must be at least 62 years of age and meet income eligibility
guidelines as established by COAH.
Information on current income limits and rents can obtained by calling the 732-699-0033.
(Rents include all utilities and garbage. Extra fees include air conditioner surcharge, cable television and telephone.
Building tours are offered Monday-Friday from 10am – 4pm by appointment only.
