WINTER RECYCLING CENTER/MINI-DUMP HOURS – 12/18/07 – 3/1/08

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday      1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Gates close at 3:15 p.m.)

Thursday                                     1 p.m. – 6 p.m. (Gates close at 5:45 p.m.)

Saturday                                     8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Gates close at 3:45 p.m.

Sundays, Mondays, Holidays       Closed

NOTE: HOLIDAY CLOSINGS: New Year’s Day-January 1, 2008, Lincoln’s Birthday-February 12, 2008, Good Friday-March 21, 2008.

Recycling Center/Mini Dump 2008 coupons and Recycling Center ID pass cards have been mailed to all residential property owners. The ID card MUST be presented at the gate along with Driver License as proof of  residency. The rules and hours of the Center were enclosed in the mailing.

Coupons are required for bagged brush, lumber, household debris, carpeting, furniture and all non-recyclable items. Coupons are not required for disposal of recyclable materials. The largest vehicle allowed in the Recycling Center/Mini Dump is a half-ton pickup and two (2) coupons are required.. No trucks with built-up sideboards are permitted.

Bulk Trash & Brush Pick Up: residents can schedule two (2) bulk trash or brush pick ups per calendar year. To schedule an appointment, call DPW at 732-562-2390. Residents are encouraged to recycle electronics, hazardous household material and paint at Middlesex County locations on the designated dates and times.

Christmas trees may be brought to your local fire company during the month of January ONLY. Trees may be brought to the Recycling Center during the posted hours throughout the season. Trees must be devoid of all decorations.
