Fiber Optic Cable Permit
Right of Way or On Township Property
A fiber optics cable permit is required when an entity wishes to run fiber optic cable either in a Township right of way or on Township property.
A permit is required whether the cable is run overhead or underground.
Detailed plans must accompany the application.
