You must be at least 62 years of age and meet income eligibility guidelines as established by COAH.
Applicants can not exceed income limits listed at time of application
$54,152.00 per year one- person household
$61,888.00 per year for a two-person household
Moderate Rent Structure
One bedroom-$880.00
Two bedroom -$1,040.00
(Rents include all utilities and garbage. Extra fees include cable and telephone.)
Building tours are offered Monday –Friday 10am-4pm by appointment.
