Environmental Assessment

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE IN PLANNING DIVISION

An environmental assessment questionnaire must be completed for any use permitted as a conditional use in a M-1 or M-5 zone. 

The applicant shall provide the Planning Board, the Health Department and the Environmental Commission with a completed environmental assessment questionnaire. 

The questionnaire is available in the Department of Community Development's Division of Planning office, or, call (732) 562-6570 or (732) 562-6560.
