The Piscataway Township Health Department, in conjunction with the Middlesex County Public Health Department, will conduct an

Adult Health Clinic

Saturday, November 1, 2008

9 a.m. to 12 noon at the

Piscataway Senior Center

700 Buena Vista Avenue,

Piscataway, New Jersey.

The clinic is open to Piscataway and Middlesex County residents 18 years of age and older.

The following services will be provided without an appointment:

Blood Pressure                                                                  Oral Cancer Screening

Glaucoma Screening                                                         Health Education & Counseling           

Podiatry Screening

The following services require an appointment:

Pap Smear / Breast Exam                                                  

Hearing Acuity

Blood Tests: Chemical screen & lipid profile.  

Chemical screen & lipid profile $26.00 ( cash only ) 

Blood tests require fasting 12 hours prior to the test. Water only permitted             

PSA for males in conjunction with a prostate examination. 

PSA Test $25.00 ( cash only )                                

*** Pneumonia Shots:Must meet eligibility requirements.

*** Flu Shots: Subject to availability of  Vaccine and other possible restrictions.

Piscataway residents only. Fee $5.00. Check or money order preferred.

***Flu Shots ---  Pneumonia Shots --- Free, if meet eligibility. Medicare may be billed.

Appointments will be taken on a first come first serve basis and can be made after September 30, 2008 by calling the Piscataway Township Health Department at ( 732 ) 562-2323. Appointments for Pneumonia shots can also be made after September 30, 2008, by calling the Middlesex County Public Health Department at ( 732 ) 745-3100.
