Recreation
The mission of the Department of Recreation is to enhance and enrich the quality of life for persons who live and work in Piscataway by offering and administering a comprehensive program of youth and adult recreation, leisure and sports activities and services.
The Department of Recreation proposes and administers upgrades and improvements to township parks and recreation facilities and evaluates programming in order to meet present and future needs of the community. Maintenance of parks and facilities is performed by the Department of Public Works.
