Code Enforcement Division - Community Development
The Division of Municipal Code Enforcement prosecutes those who violate local ordinances such as property maintenance and zoning. This Division also handles all multiple housing inspections under an agreement with the State of New Jersey. This particular activity is overseen by the Department of Community Development.
